Micro Credential Program (MYP): A certificate program consisting of a specific number of courses for each program that students enrolled in the university's associate and bachelor's degree programs can optionally continue.
Application Requirements and Evaluation of Applications
In order for students to apply for the micro-credential programs offered, associate degree students must be enrolled between their second and third semesters, and bachelor's degree students must be enrolled between their second and seventh semesters.
During their studies, associate degree students can apply for a maximum of two micro-credential programs, and bachelor's degree students can apply for a maximum of four micro-credential programs.
To apply for the micro-credential programs offered, students must have taken and passed all courses up to the relevant semester in their curriculum.
Students' GPA is taken into account when evaluating applications for micro-credential programs. Students with a GPA of 2.50 or above can apply for micro-credential programs.
In order for a student to apply for micro-credential programs, the course(s) included in the micro-credential programs must not be included in the student's main field of study education and training plan.
Course Registration and Procedures
MYP-coded courses must be selected by at least ten students in order to be offered.
Course selection will take place between September 8 and 16, 2025.
Micro Competency Program courses are delivered online.
