2025-2026 Spring Semester Vocational Training in Business (İME) Applications Have Commenced

In accordance with Kayseri University Vocational Training in Business Implementation Principles, the application process for the 2025-2026 Academic Year Spring Semester has officially begun.

Students who are subject to the 2024 curriculum and wish to take Vocational Training in Business (İME) courses in their 4th semester are eligible to apply.

Application Requirements

Students to be placed in business enterprises within the scope of İME must meet the following criteria:

  • Must have no disciplinary actions.
  • Must have no failed courses due to non-attendance from previous semesters.
  • Must meet the Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA/GANO) requirements determined on a program basis (Please consult your department head regarding specific GPA requirements).
  • Compliance with other success criteria determined by the relevant Department's İME Commission and the Unit Administrative Board.

Required Application Documents

Applications must be submitted in person to the Directorate of Mustafa Çıkrıkçıoğlu Vocational School with the following documents:

  1. Student General Petition Form (FR-066)
  2. Vocational Training in Business Consent and Commitment Form (FR-775)
  3. Current Transcript
  4. Business Protocol Document (For students who have secured their own internship/placement).

Process and Placement

Evaluation: Students who meet the application requirements will be identified with due diligence by the relevant department’s responsible faculty members and commissions.

Placement: Petitions from students who have found their own placement opportunities will be evaluated by the department commission, and final placement results will be announced.

Insurance Procedures: In accordance with Law No. 5510, strict adherence to the application calendar is essential to ensure that "Occupational Accident and Professional Disease Insurance" entries are processed on time.


Important Note: Applications from students who do not meet the specified conditions or who apply outside the announced calendar will not be considered. To avoid any potential grievances, all students are kindly requested to follow the process promptly.
