Kayseri University Mustafa Çıkrıkçıoğlu Vocational School organized a Fire Safety Training and Earthquake-Fire Drill in cooperation with Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department on Thursday, May 15, 2025. Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department Disaster Coordination and Planning Department provided a comprehensive Fire Safety Training for our students. After the training, Assist. Assist. Mehmet Akif ERKAN, an earthquake and fire drill was carried out within the framework of the scenario in which the Occupational Health and Safety Program students took an active role.

After the drill, our staff and students who came together in the gathering area in the school garden were given practical fire extinguishing techniques with the fire brigade's mobile simulation vehicle.

The event made significant contributions to increasing the disaster awareness of the participants and being prepared for emergencies.
